This class is designed for any professional that is currently training others or makes regular presentations to groups or their fellow co-workers. In this master class, master instructors, Dean Crisp and Tim Plotts share their expertise with the class on how to connect with your audience; how to manage a classroom; dealing with difficult audience members; and how to teach material so that people will listen, retain and use it to help others.

Payment Information

The class fee is $995 + a $30.00 credit card processing fee. If you prefer to avoid this cost, please email Kelle Corvin at and she will be happy to issue you an invoice to pay by check. We understand that schedules change and you may not be able to attend. If this happens, we will work with you to find another class location that suits your schedule. In the event that a refund is issued, a $200.00 fee per registration will be withheld.
