Acting Intentionally In All We Do, So That We Can Help Others Find and Live Their Life’s Purpose
Leadership In Action
Crisp Consulting Group provides three things well: quality training to law enforcement and their partners be they public or private sector; an exclusive mentoring network for law enforcement leaders; and a resource library for leaders.
Please check out our classes page to see what is scheduled. We offer contract classes and host (open-enrollment) classes. If you are interested in becoming a host agency or in discussing a contract class for your agency, please contact Kelle Corvin, Operations Manager at email@example.com
Our mentoring program, Leaders Helping Leaders Network offers a one-of-a-kind mentoring program that connects law enforcement officers at all levels with the mentoring, peer-to-peer information and guidance they need to advance their careers. At CCG and LHLN our goal is to put leadership into action! Join LHLN today and become part of a special network.
Our resource library includes suggested reading material for the law enforcement leader. Whether it is an article of import, a DOJ report, or a book on leadership, we want to know about it if it made an impact on you as a law enforcement leader. We also welcome submissions for our blog which is circulated to all of our class graduates and beyond. Your input and contribution is what will make this resource library of and by the leaders of law enforcement.

Check out Dean’s TEDx Talk Tryon
How the Warrior Mindset Shapes Law Enforcement
You will see why his students gain so much from his experience and presentation style.
In this Ted Talk, Dean talks about his life experiences as the son of a law enforcement officer and how the warrior and guardian mindsets shape law enforcement in the 21st Century. It is warm, funny and engaging just like Dean is in class.
The talk is a transformational look at how these two mindsets personally impacted him in his leadership journey as a law enforcement officer, leader, and now educator.
As a veteran police officer of more than 30 years, Dean shares the lessons he’s learned by trial and error. The book is a autobiography of his leadership journey and one that any leader will enjoy and from which any leader will learn. The book is available in hardback, paperback, and eBook formats. Below are just some of the locations it is available. If you would like to email dean regarding bulk purchases, you may do so at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have read the book and would like to share your thoughts on it with Dean, he would love to hear from you. Please email him at email@example.com.
